During my youth, drinking cost me jobs, opportunities, caused problems with my family, and even shook my sense of dignity. At 30, I made a decision that changed everything I stopped drinking.  Now, in 2026, at 66 years old, I celebrate 35 years of sobriety, a life rebuilt with clarity, purpose, and freedom.
